Smokers Bollards 

Heavy-duty steel bollard also functions as a cigarette disposal unit. Cigarette disposable hole measures 1¼” diameter. Removable top is connected to steel container for holding cigarette butts. Top is lockable with padlock. Includes a durable powder coat safety yellow finish. Base plate includes four pre-drilled installation holes. Installation hardware sold separately.
